Cancel your subscription

Per German Civil Code §312k, you can cancel your subscription at any time, easily and without justification. Choose the option that applies to you:
Option A — While logged in (fastest)
Open your account dashboard and use the Stripe Customer Portal to cancel immediately or at the end of the billing period.
Go to billing dashboardOption B — Without logging in
Send an email to legal@screensolve.app with the subject Cancellation request from the email address tied to your account. Your cancellation takes effect immediately upon our confirmation, and we will refund any pre-paid period in line with our 30-day money-back guarantee.
What happens after cancellation
- Your access remains active until the end of the current billing period (no further charges).
- Your data and license history remain available so you can rejoin without losing progress.
- If you also want all your personal data deleted (GDPR Art. 17), use the Privacy Self-Service in your dashboard.
